Cabin Crew
Job Purpose
To consistently deliver the highest standard of safety and customer service excellence onboard across the fleet. To perform well under pressure, successfully prioritize and complete multiple demands whilst meeting guests demands.
Operational accountabilities
· Able to work under pressure, flexible for complex operational requirements.
· Understand the value of safety, exceptional customer service and all aspects of the role as a crew member in a non-scheduled operation.
· Project immaculate grooming standards.
· Maintain valid mandatory documentation such as passport, visas, GCAA Flight and Medical licenses, CMC Certificate, etc.
Knowledge, skills and experience
· Experience within an international airline. Previous hospitality experience will be an added asset.
· Current flying crew or not more than 1 year out of service (with sound justified reasons).
· Flying Crew License and Medical Certificate issued by the relevant authorities.
· Strong organizational commitment, meticulous attention to detail, planning and integration skills.
· Minimum high school certificate, preferably holding a university degree.
· Excellent command of English language. Knowledge of additional languages preferable.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
· Intermediate level of computer skills.
