Merchandising Team Leader – FF
• Manage day to day operations of Merchandising Team and develop their skills to provide better service level that will support the sales process.
• Ensure the Perfect store execution at outlet level & Roll out Trade Marketing initiatives across the market.
• Monitoring MSL Implementation
• Ensure BDA visibility counterparts execution.
• Setting Monthly Route plan and ensure the route adherence and provide the daily field report
• Carry out all administrative activities related to the merchandising team (PPE, POSM, Health Cards etc);
• On the Job training and coaching to the team

As part of the BRF Procurement team, support the Procurement Category Leader for Corporate Services towards negotiation for HR, IT, Admin, Marketing, Legal and Compliance and different types of supplementary stuff in close collaboration with the main stakeholders in the GCC. Support defining short, middle and long term commercial Corporate Services strategy for our operations across the region.
Commercial: Support the Procurement Category Leader in defining commercial strategy towards S&IM Regional categories in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
Supplier Management: Develop alternative suppliers in order to reduce costs according to quality standards and operation-defined criteria.
Transactional Responsibilities: Get quotation / negotiate with suppliers / validate with stakeholders / approve negotiation as per Policy / Create PO and contract / Follow up delivering / treat divergences. Contract management / Risk management.
Others: Support procurement role to create short-mid-long term strategies and budgeting process of S&IM under his/her responsibility. Improve processes such as: Increasing Payment terms / Managing e-auctions or regular negotiations / Improving Alternative suppliers/sources / Developing alternative solutions to save cost. Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promote compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Economic / Engineer / Business Background / CIPS is preferable
- Fluent in English (Arabic, is preferable but not a must);
- Negotiation skills / familiar with budget, cost, finance mathematics
- Expertise in the tools of Strategic Sourcing and related concepts (TCO-Total Cost of Ownership, Supplier Development, Market Research etc.)
- Experience in: ERP (SAP / ARIBA) – Procurement (MM) | Contract Management | MSOffice applications (Excel, PP etc)
- Confidence, ability to make presentations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong understanding of processes, procedures and policies of contract reviews in FMCG
- 3 years experience in Procurement
- 1-3 years of experience to negotiate Corporate / Professional Services (Indirect S&M)

The Innovation Specialist is enabling sustainable growth through designing and developing the Innovation Pipeline for our main categories in MENA Region. This person will be responsible to lead several projects under the Innovation funnel, implementing the Stage Gate Methodology, leading from concept exploration and validation, through product development, build and approve the final business case and coordinate the agenda between internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the on-time project deliverables. - Portfolio Management: Provide information about the whole MENA portfolio. Receive, compile, and analyze the market demands to best allocate resources through a team internal alignment
- Map key opportunities: Support research on new consumer trends (B2C). Work closely with ingredients supplier to understand Food Service trends (B2B). Participate in innovation fairs and forums to stay connected with new technologies and get inspiration
- Innovation Funnel – Gate 0: Idea Generation: Organize Idea generation meetings with internal stakeholders and ingredients suppliers to generate innovative concepts.
- Innovation Funnel – Gate 1: Explore: Define and approve Project Priorities, Basic Criteria desired (Sensory, product, packaging, target cost and price positioning), Key product Claims and validate with Consumer / Brand / Regulatory & Legal. Define Financial Targets (Volume, price, PM and cost)
- Innovation Funnel – Gate 2 & 3: Development + Plan: Deliver final product formulation, marketing proposition, P&L Inputs and Financial Analysis to approve Business Case, Internal Feasibility and CAPEX initial approval , Create a risk matrix assessment, Align first production with S&OP and production
Business or Engineering major, BBA minimum
