Job Title: Officer-AOCC Terminal
Department Airport Management Centre (AMC)
ROLE PURPOSE:
• The Officer – AOCC Terminal is responsible for terminal fixed resource (check-in, baggage reclaim) tactical planning and allocation, passenger flow monitoring and proactive coordination with stakeholders to meet the target levels of service.
• The Airport Management Centre (AMC) is the central hub for three functions:
o Operations Planning – leading integrated operational planning and performance analysis for all ADAC airports to deliver our target Levels of Service (LOS).
o Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC) – Leading day-of-operations within 24/7 control room co-located with ground handler, control authorities, airlines, emergency services and others.
o Operations Data & Analytics – leading operational data quality management and the development of AMC reporting, analytics, and tools.
• The job holder’s key accountabilities include:
o Tactical Planning & Allocation – Check-In, Baggage-Reclaim & other Passenger Processing touchpoints
o Update Passenger Information Systems
o Communications for common situational awareness and collaborative decision making
o Monitor Terminal Flow – Optimise Capacity and Service Delivery
o Data Quality & Reporting
• The job holder is responsible for demonstrating Abu Dhabi Airports values and behaviours.
• The job holder is responsible for maintaining their competency level and through this their license to operate. Failure to maintain competency may result in the post holder no longer being able to hold this position.
• Initially the focus shall be Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) operations and the preparation for the transition to the Midfield Terminal Complex (MTC). In future, this scope will extend to other ADAC airports.
• The job holder shall be based in the control room of the AMC working shift duties. This might involve availability on call on roster basis to respond to events.

KEY ACCCOUNTABILITIES
Tactical Planning & Allocation – Check-In, Baggage-Reclaim & other Passenger Processing touchpoints
• Plan, allocate and monitor check-in and baggage reclaim in a safe and efficient manner continuously achieving specified service levels.
• Monitor the passenger flow from kerb to gate against the plan and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver to the plan or adjust the plan as the schedule changes.
• Respond to unplanned changes in operational requirements, minimising disruption to passengers.
• Advise the Manager-AOCC Terminal any operational developments which may have an impact on the airport environment.
• Monitor the operation of IT systems and take appropriate action when faults are identified.
• Liaise with AOCC team, airline operators, control authorities, terminal management to ensure any disruption to the operation are minimised or eliminated.
• Support Manager-AOCC Terminal with operational calls into and AOCC and coordination with stakeholders
Update Passenger Information Systems
• Control and monitor Flight Information Display System (FIDS) to ensure accurate & up-to-date information is in the system.
• Initiate Public Address (PA) announcements in exceptional cases in line ADAC Policy
Communications for common situational awareness and collaborative decision making
• Support Manager-AOCC Terminal communicating and coordinating with Terminal Operations, Stakeholders, Commercial Airlines and EAS to deliver operational capacity by planning and monitoring the systems and coordinating response to system alerts
• All discussions will relate to operations on the day, or performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Monitor Terminal Flow – Optimise Capacity and Service Delivery
• On-Time Performance (OTP) – Proactively monitor departures and arrivals schedule and resource availability to identify risks or resource conflicts in advance and collaborative determine to optimal mitigations to mitigate.
• Resource Allocation Changes – Check feasibility for requested changes to allocation. All concerned to be informed of the changes.
• Levels of Service (LOS) – Proactively monitor operational plan delivery and peak loads to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet demand and deliver target levels of service to ADAC guests.
Data Quality & Reporting
• Maintain accurate and complete airline and flight data in AMS in compliance with all data quality checks, thereby minimising post-operations data reconciliation.
• Consistently maintain concise, effective operations logs, handover materials, and shift reports for operational performance analysis and improvements.
QUALIFICATION / EDUCATION
• The job holder will ideally be educated to degree level. Equivalent operational experience will be considered as equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
• 4 years of relevant airport/airline/ground handling industry management experience essential

FBO Manager
ROLE PURPOSE:
Responsible in overseeing all aspects of the FBO including business development, customer relations, operations, health, safety as well as planning and coordinating activities for the sale and provision of general aviation activities.

- Regularly interact with customers to promote the FBO and to measure the level of customer satisfaction. Use customer feedback to constantly develop and improve capabilities and processes.
- Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained based on daily/weekly/monthly volumes.
- Perform leadership functions such as conducting annual reviews, making hiring decisions, and managing performance of direct reports which includes mentoring and skill development.
- Ensure employees receive company communications and necessary training including safety, customer service standards, Company values, etc.
- Ensure training and development of employees to improve work performance and maximize employee potential.
